HOLISTIC VOLUNTEER PROGRAMME

DUTIES

  • Use a range of methodologies to help collect biodiversity data in local National Parks

  • Support teachers to deliver conservation education in local primary schools

  • Empower women’s groups 

  • Support expectant mothers in local clinics 

  • Learn about our anti-poaching units and wildlife rehabilitation programme and gain insight into our elephant behavioural observation studies 

  • Help with staff capacity building

REQUIREMENTS

There is no experience necessary other than a keen interest in wildlife conservation. A Volunteer Supervisor will give each volunteer the appropriate training to succeed in this role. Volunteers with relevant experience is a plus, but it not required.

PRICING

$2500

Included is accommodation in our tented camps, three meals per day, National Park entry fees, experienced staff and supervisors, two t-shirts per volunteer, and all documentation needed to apply for a business visa for Zambia.
