Can I use a personal best effort for my challenge, which I achieved before the event started?
No, all best efforts must be achieved within the Elephant EPIC Challenge Series window, which runs from the 21st of June to the 23rd of September. This is because the photo you submit must include your Challenge Card which will contain your Unique Reference Number.
Can I register for multiple challenge entries at a time?
Yes, you can register for multiple challenges and multiple entries of the same challenge as long as each submission has its own Unique Reference Number which will be allocated with each registration. E.g. If you register for the Plank Challenge, and submit your time and photo, but feel that you can do better, you can register again, and submit a new effort and photo.
If I don’t use all my entries/Challenge Cards, can I get a refund or can I use them for next year’s event?
No, any unused Challenge Cards will not be refunded or be eligible for next year’s event.
Can I win both my EPIC Challenge and the EPIC series?
Yes, the EPIC Challenges that we have set are based on your Best Effort (which is slightly different for each event) x social media likes on your official EPIC Photo x Funds raised for wildlife and wild spaces. The Series Championship is only based on funds raised and social media likes. So you can win both the challenge and The Series Championship, just your Challenge, or just the Series Championship.
How do I get social media likes?
Once you have submitted your EPIC Photograph, it will be minted and then posted on the Elephant EPIC Facebook and Instagram Pages. It is your job to direct your family and friends to your photo and get them to like it and share it. The more likes you receive, the more likely you are to win!

How do I fundraise?
Please use one of the following platforms for fundraising. - Go Fund Me or Just Giving. There are Elephant EPIC fundraising pages registered on both platforms, just follow the link. Once you have opened your own page, you can link to our fundraising pages and we will be able to see your totals.
How do I submit my Challenge Effort?
Once you are ready to undertake your challenge, ensure you have your Challenge Card ready. Each Challenge is slightly different, however, each require records of the challenge (video, screenshot of Strava or Wahoo) and a photo showing your challenge card. You can submit these through the Submissions Portal. Please see below for more information.

Fishing Challenge
Submit a photo of yourself holding your fish, make sure your challenge card is visible
Submit a video of the fish weigh in, clearly showing the scale, then releasing the fish safely back to the water. This can be one or two videos.
Your photo will be branded and posted to the EPIC social media channels. Likes only count on the original post.
Plank Challenge
Submit a photo of yourself doing a plank (or just posing!), make sure your challenge card is visible
Submit a video of your full challenge to demonstrate the length of plank.

All bike events - Fun, Sweat & Gears, Cycle and Turbo Challenge
Submit a photo of yourself with your bike, make sure your challenge card is visible
Take a screenshot of your Best Effort on either Strava or Wahoo. This must show total distance, speed, elevation gain
