In signing this document, I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Elephant Epic race organisers, Game Rangers International and their respective employees, sponsors, agents and associates from all losses and injuries sustained by me as a result of my participation in the Elephant Epic. Furthermore, I confirm that I am authorised to sign this form and agree to the terms and conditions hereto. I further give permission for the free use of my name, voice and picture (still or moving) to be used in any broadcast, telecast, advertising, promotion or any other form of advertising of this and future events. I further confirm that I am covered by a current medical insurance policy or that my sponsor commits to provide any medical support in the event of an injury.
